The Meath Hospice Homecare Movement Ltd is a registered charity set up in 1989 by local volunteers.
Our aim was to provide a palliative care service in Co. Meath. The Meath Palliative Care Service is now established in Co. Meath with a dedicated team of specially trained nurses, medical director and a support team which endeavour to provide a complete service to anyone who is in their care.
The Meath Hospice Homecare Movement Ltd. continues to support this service by providing funding for travel for clients requiring treatment. We also provide funds for the provision of equipment in the home, respite care and financial assistance, if necessary.
We work closely with the Meath Palliative Care team to ensure that these needs are met without unnecessary delay.
